Clicking on the Reporting link redirects you to the Reporting Module. Reporting Module displays 3 Grids:
- DIFOT SUMMARY
- COMPANY BY SPEND
- CARRIER BY SPEND
- DIFOT ( Delivered In Full On Time) SUMMARY
Delivered in Full on Time chart displays 'bad' deliveries. Those which are still being delivered but the delivery date has already passed. For example, if the carrier announces 3-5 days to complete the delivery, and it was not completed at this period, these deliveries are placed in DIFOT TAB. It measures how often the customer gets what they want at the time they want it.
