Clicking the Pending Shipments link redirects Pending Shipments Module.

Pending Shipments is where all 3rd party integrations flow for booking confirmation and processing of documents

This module has two grids, the Ready to Process and the Split Shipments

Ready to Process Grid

This grid display the summary of customer orders that are awaiting for booking. Within this section the user also has the ability to change the Collection and Delivery Address, add / change / remove / exclude items(split shipments), change the packaging/cartonisation, reassign the shipment location or even select a different carrier.

The user can immediately book the shipment record by selecting a specific record then clicking on the Book or Book and print button on the upper right corner of the page.

They can also print the required documents by clicking on the specific record the clicking on the Print Slips dropdown and select the document.

The user can click on the View button to view the Shipment Booking Summary of a specific order for updating. This will also redirect the user to the Shipment Summary and Addresses page.

On the Shipment Summary and Addresses page, the user can edit the Collection and Delivery Address by clicking on the View/Edit switcher

Clicking on the Continue button at the bottom of the page will redirects you to the Shipment Item Details page. This page includes the following:

• Shipment Information

• Content Items

• Packages /  Cartonisation

• Shipment Office/Location/Warehouse Re-assignment

• Package Description

The user can also edit these details by clicking on the View/Edit switcher

Clicking on the Continue button at the bottom of the page will redirects you to the Carrier Details page

Again, the user can edit the carriers by clicking on the View/Edit switcher.

The user has two options at the bottom of the page:

• Save & Continue - to only save the changes made on the shipment records

Clicking this option redirects the user to the Shipment Updated page

• Save, Book & Print - to save, complete the booking and print the needed documents for the booking 

Clicking this option redirects the user to the Order has been saved page

Split Shipments Grid

This grid shows all the shipments for items that have been excluded from the original shipment but the functionality is similar to the Ready to Process grid.
