Clicking on the Configuration link redirects you to different Configuration widgets.
Clicking on the Inventory Management widget redirects you to the Inventory Management list page
Inventory Management allows the users to manage all the items available on the system
The user have the option Import, Export, manually Add New Inventory, View or Edit and Delete existing inventories
Import
This functionality allows the user to Import a list of inventories from an Excel sheet
NOTE: The template on importing inventories is also available by clicking on the Download Template button
Export
This functionality allows the user to Export the list of inventories to an excel sheet by selecting the items that you want to export then click on the Export button
Add New Inventory
To manually add new inventory, click on the Add Inventory button
Enter the SKU, Description, Length, Width, Height, Weight, Origin, Item Value. The user can also put additional details such as category and Item Type.
If the Item is Dangerous goods, the user can also tick the Dangerous Goods tick box.
Click on the Save button to create the new inventory.
View/Edit
The user can also view and edit an existing inventory by clicking on the View button
Initially, the page is non editable. But by clicking on the View/Edit switcher the user can update any detail on the Inventory.
Click on the Update button to save the changes.
Delete
The user can remove any inventory from the list by clicking the Delete button beside the View button, or by selecting multiple inventories then clicking on the Delete Selected button below the Reset Filters button
