Nesting packaging is a packaging method and a package for similarly packaged items in a space saving nested arrangement

Instead of sending as 2 or more packaging and being charged additional costs from the carrier service, nesting will assume the shipper opens the larger box and places the smaller (linked)

items or products into the larger the package, therefore resulting in a lower shipping cost for customers. 


Shown below are the steps on how to enable Nesting packaging:

Step 1: From the Inventory Management >> Click on Add Inventory Button >> Type the inventory item description.

Step 2: Click drop down arrow in Packaging logic. Choose Nesting item >> then Click Add item >> Enter the item dimension >> Then click save.

After Saving the packaging logic, the SKU number of the item will be available and can be used in getting a quote in Quote and Book.

Step 3: Get a quotation in Quote and Book Module.

The cost for this package alone is :

Where as if you add another Item in this package the cost of shipping should be the same:
