3.1 SHIPMENTS SEARCH GRID

SHIPMENTS SEARCH grid is where we can find all booked, completed, processed and pending Shipments from Dashboard Portal.

You can also see the DETAILED SHIPMENT VIEW page. In this page there is an option to ARCHIVE/REPRINT LABEL/ TRACK SHIPMENT(will redirect you to DASHBOARD application)/TRACK VIA CARRIER WEBSITE(will redirect you to the Carrier Website).

ARCHIVE: Consists of older shipments that is still important to the organization and may be needed for future reference, as well as shipment data that must be retained for regulatory compliance.

If you click this button the current shipment information you have opened will be saved to ARCHIVE grid.

WARNING, once you click yes it cannot be undone.

If you click REPRINT LABEL, it will automatically download plain paper label:

TRACK SHIPMENT (will redirect you to DASHBOARD application):

This module can only track those shipments with booking status tagged as Completed and those shipments that have a Tracking number.

When Consignment number or Tracking Number is entered on the search field then click on the Track Shipment button, the page will redirect you to the Tracking Details page.

If you click this button it will redirect you to dashboard application log in. then after that it will open the TRACK Shipment page.

This page will give you a full tracking of your shipment it will display maps, Order Details, Tracking Events and even point to point status of the shipment.
