Header

1. Search All Shipments is use to search the shipment records using Consignment Number, Tracking Number and Customer Reference Number.
2. Filter by User is used to filter the data on the system according to the data of the specific user
3. Filter by Location is used to filter the data on the system according to the data on the specific location
4. My Profile is used to update the user's preferences on the system.

• Clicking on the Account Details let the user update their account detail

•  Clicking on the Change Password let the user change their password

• Clicking on the Settings link let the user update their preferred Unit of Measure, default currency and tracking of emails preferences

• Clicking the Support Portal link redirects you to the Support Portal page

Left Side Menu Bar

1. The BBA logo will take you back to the homepage from anywhere on the application
2. Clicking the Quote & Book link redirects you to the Quote & Book module
3. Clicking the Pending Shipments link redirects you to the Pending Shipments module
4. Clicking the Orders link redirects you to the Orders module
5. Clicking the Manifesting link redirects you to the Manifesting module
6. Clicking the Reporting link redirects you to the Reporting module
7. Clicking the Tracking link redirects you to the Tracking module
8. Clicking the Returns link redirects you to the Returns module
9. Clicking the Reconciliations link redirects you to the Reconciliations module

Dashboard Widgets

• Clicking the Tracking Widget redirect the user to the Tracking Module

In Transit Shipments

In Transit Shipments grid display the records where the status is tagged as In Transit.

Spend Monthly Overview

Clicking on the nodes on the Spend Monthly Overview graph display the Spend Daily records of the selected month.

The Completed Shipments grid is displayed reflecting the tabular data of the selected month with Completed status.
