DIFOT or Delivered in Full on Time chart displays 'bad' deliveries. Those which are still being delivering but the delivery date is already passed. For example, if the carrier announces 3-5 days to complete the delivery and it is not completed at this period of time, these deliveries are placed in DIFOT grid.
