Clicking on the Reporting link redirects you to the Reporting Module



Reporting Module display four charts: The Shipments Per Month, Shipments Per Day, Spend By Carrier and Delivered In Full On Time (DIFOT).

Shipments Per Month


The Shipments Per Month chart displays all the total shipments that has Completed status.


NOTE: The user has the ability to adjust the timeline range. Example, the user only wants to view the shipments from march to may on the graph.

Shipments Per Day


Clicking the nodes on the Shipments per Month display the daily statistics of that specific month. And this is the Shipments Per Day Chart.



Clicking on the bar graph on the Shipments per Day display the shipment details in tabular data. It has View button that will display all the complete shipment details.


Spend By Carrier


The Spend By Carrier chart displays the amount spend by each carrier on a specific month.

DIFOT

DIFOT or Delivered in Full on Time chart displays 'bad' deliveries. Those which are still being delivering but the delivery date is already passed. For example, if the carrier announces 3-5 days to complete the delivery and it is not completed at this period of time, these deliveries are placed in DIFOT grid.



The DIFOT grid can be accessed by clicking on the Summary button on the chart.



The DIFOT grid has View, Reprint and Tracking buttons


  • View button to view the complete shipment details.
  • Reprint button to print again all the documents generated upon booking.
  • Tracking button that redirects to Tracking module when clicked to track the status of the shipment


NOTE: All Charts allows the user to Download as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF, Annotate or Print the graph

Search Reports


Clicking on the Search Reports button on the Reporting Module display the Search Reports pop up.

The user can filter the reports based on the Status, via relevant channel, carrier or service and created date.



Clicking the Submit button will display the number of shipments that matched the entered criteria.



The user has an option to Download it either on CSV or PDF format. Below is a sample of the PDF Shipment Report.



View Report Records


Clicking on the View Report Records button on the Reporting module display all shipments processed on the system





The Reporting grid has View and Tracking buttons


  • View button to view the complete shipment details. 
  • Tracking button that redirects to Tracking module when clicked to track the status of the shipment


It also has an Export button that allows the user to Export all the shipments on the grid for a specific page
