Clicking on the Configuration link redirects you to different Configuration widgets.

Clicking on the Address Book widget redirects you to the Address Book list page



Address Book allows the user to manage all Receiver Addresses on the system.


This module allows the user to Import, Export, manually Add New Contact, View or Edit and Delete existing addresses.


Import


This functionality allows the user to Import a list of addresses or contacts from an Excel sheet


NOTE: The template on importing contacts is also available by clicking on the Download Template button


Export


This functionality allows the user to Export the list of addresses to an excel sheet by selecting the items that you want to export then click on the Export button



Add New Address


To manually add new address, click on the Add Contacts button



Enter the Company name, First Name, Last name, Phone Number, Email Address, Address, Country, Postcode and Suburb.


It also has a display map that will automatically show the country that you will enter on the Address Details.


Click on the Save button to create the new contact.


View/Edit


The user can also view and edit an existing contact by clicking on the View button



Initially, the page is non editable. But by clicking on the View/Edit switcher the user can update any detail on the Address Book.

Click on the Update button to save the changes.


Delete


The user can remove any contact from the list by clicking the Delete button beside the View button, or by selecting multiple contacts then clicking on the Delete Selected button below the Reset Filters button.
