4.2 ONBOARDING NEW CLIENT

STEPS TO ADD NEW CLIENT

Step 1: You need to type in the COMPANY DETAILS, PRIMARY CONTACT and BILLING PROFILE.

Then click CREATE.  It will then be saved in the COMPANY SEARCH page.

From COMPANY PAGE click CREATE ACCOUNT to save COMPANY DETAILS.

Step 2: Click the name of the company so that you can add LOCATION, GROUPS and ACCOUNT.

Step 3: Click LOCATIONS button: It will display this page below:

This module allows the user to manage all the locations for the Collection of the shipments

The user ADMIN has the ability to Create New, View or Edit the existing Locations.

OFFICE/LOCATIONS details page consists of the following sections:

At the Lower portion of the page you will see:

 >> Office Configuration: allows the user to manage all the locations for the Collection of the shipments.

>> Marketplace Defaults: provides the user with default dimensions in case there are no given dimensions from the Third Party integration.

 >> Carrier Configuration: allows the user to enable carrier manifesting, Break Bulk Manifesting, Satchel only in Quotes


All changes made or configuration made here will impact configurations in QUOTE & BOOK in the DASHBOARD PORTAL.

Last part of this page is Office/Location Profile - Accounts Contact

On the lower left portion of the page, there is Active/Inactive button to set the Location to Active or Inactive status. 

NOTE: It must be in ACTIVE status for the additional user to use the account/credentials assigned to them. 

On the lower right portion of the page, there is Back and Update button if you want to edit user information or edit creation of the new Location.

 

Step 4: Click GROUP button: It will display this page below:

 The Group Details page has a View/Edit Switcher to give the user an option to update the access.

It also has Active/Inactive button to Activate/Deactivate the group.

This impacts access of per level or groups in your company or client.

Clicks add new groups:

The user can select from the following permissions to assign to a specific group:

It can be accesed in Dashboard Portal also: Under CONFIGURATIONS>>PERMISSION WIDGET:

Administrative Permissions: Is a permission for the log in or access in either Admin or Dashboard portal.

  • System Admin = Allows user to be a reseller. User is Allowed to log in to admin and dashboard portal or edit other users of the system.
  • Company admin= User will have access to dashboard but not in admin Portal But it allows you edit your company information within the dashboard space.

Module Permissions: this permission if for :

  • Pending shipments = gives permission to user to see and edit pending shipments in DASHBOARD PORTAL.
  • Reconciliations = not yet functional
  • Returns = gives permission to user to see and edit RETURNSMODULE in DASHBOARD PORTAL.

Configuration Access Permissions

  • Shipping rules= gives permission to user to see and edit shipping rules.
  • Warehouses = gives permission to user to see and edit Warehouses addresses.
  • Cartonisation/packaging = gives permission to user to see and edit cartonisation/packaging
  • Inventory Management= gives permission to user to see inventory management
  • Packaging Logic = gives permission to user to see packaging
  • RFID Tracking management (RFID is an acronym for “radio-frequency identification” and refers to a technology whereby digital data encoded in RFID tags or smart labels) = gives permission to user to RFID Tracking management

Additional Permissions: main primary user can assign access to shipment details:

  • Shipment transfers
  • DIFOT Reporting
  • Break bulk
  • Reporting graphs
  • Duties & Taxes
  • Multi currency
  • SSCC freight labels

STEP 5: Clicking on the Accounts widget redirects you to the Accounts list page

Impacts the log in system including DASHBOARD PORTAL access.

After setting up the account the new user will receive an email for the link of the log in. This log in will be the log in for DASHBOARD PORTAL also.

User will then received an email of confirmation that user has been added and given permission to log in.

User can now set password. This will be the DASHBOARD Portal Log in and ADMIN portal log in.

After Clicking SET PASSWORD. You will be directed to this page: This is the Dashboard portal:

After resetting the password, you will recievea TERMS AND CONDITION PAGE. Just click next until the NEXT page.

IF IN ANY CASE THE USER FORGOT PASSWORD. CLIENT>>CLICK COMPANY>>CLICK ACCOUNTS>> CLICK NAME OF USER>> it will open this page:

This page allows the user to search for existing accounts within the company/location. It has Enable/Disable button to activate or deactivate a specific account and view/edit button.

>> Click RESET PASSWORD button. 

The User will receive an email for the LINK TO RESET PASSWORD.

Then a page to reset password will open.

After successfully resetting the password>>click CONTINUE and it will open DASHBOARD PORTAL log in page.


You can now QUOTE & BOOK in the DASHBOARD PORTAL.
