SERVICE PROFILES :  In this module you will see the active and inactive carrier/service provider:

This module is used in quoting a shipment in DASHBOARD PORTAL. It will also show you the services offered by the carrier.

 Impact: This module impacts the services that are used in quoting a shipment in dashboard. (Ex. For ALFA Carrier, ALBI - Carton Service)

 

STEP 1: Click ADD SERVICE PROFILE BUTTON under CARRIER MODULE

STEP 2: Add a Service Profile button will direct to this page: Update the 'Service Profile Name' field with the desired profile name.

Note: if account number, username and password is not entered in the SETTINGS CONFIGURATION (requested from the carrier),

you will receive this error in the DASHBOARD: AS SEEN IN THE IMAGE BELOW:

And you cannot continue in submitting the quotation.


STEP 3: Update the other fields and/or selections in the 'Service Profile Details' section.

STEP 4: Update the selections in the 'Fuel Levies' section.

NOTE: Once done, you can now add rates and transit times for weight-based manually or using import.

And also for item-based manually or using import.
