STEPS in ADDING DISTANCE BASED RATES:

STEP 1: CLICK ADD NEW

STEP 2: Enter the BASIC and MINIMUM charges and then the RATE PER KILOMETER.

STEP 3: Enter the EARLIEST and LATEST transit times, and set if it ALLOW RECIPROCAL (Yes or No).
